I had your license installed in my computer, but I had to reinstall windows, and now that I’m trying to activate the license again in the same computer, I’m getting a message about having the maximum of my license in use. This is the same computer, I just want to activate the license because I had to reinstall windows. Please let me know what can be done, so I can use the framework again.

I believe your issue was solved via support ticket. We will work towards fixing that before next update, but if you happen to run into this problem next time, please email us providing the email address used at the time of purchase and we will assist.
