Definitions

The information you have provided us with

If you are an existing customer or user, you may have already provided us with your e-mail address, name, and billing address – mainly information that is necessary for delivering you the product after purchase or to enhance your customer experience with us.

If you are a new customer or user, when doing a purchase through our website, we collect personal information such as your name, email, IP address, address information and company details. This also happens when you are trying the product for free; we collect your email, your device ID, and IP information. For subscriptions to membership, blogs and newsletters, we only collect your email, name and IP address. We save the information you provide us with in order for you to comment or perform other activities on the website.

Information automatically collected about you

This includes information that is automatically stored by cookies and other session tools. For example, your shopping cart information, your IP address, your shopping history (if there is any) etc. This information is used to improve your customer experience. When you use our services or look at the contents of our website, your activities may be logged.

When coming on live chat, we automatically collect information about your location and IP address. Other third-party tools like Analytics collect your computer and browser information.
