I’m a new customer and so far I’m less than impressed. There are several problems with your business model,
1) It has taken a minimum of 5 days for you to respond to Emails, some where never responded to
2) It appears it takes weeks (if ever) to respond to questions on this forum
3) The payment and license system does not work, taking our money works of course but entering the license does not
I’m very worried that any project I use your software with will stop working and I will loose numerous hours of work because of the possibility you guys going out of business and the software will stop working and so will my projects.
I’m also worried that your future product releases which I eagerly await for will be abandoned and will never come to fruition.
I surely hope I’m wrong and everything will get better, only time will tell…
Sorry to rant, I’m just not used to the lack of customer service.
