Scrollbar like in UWP apps (only slim button and scrollbar visible by hovering)

Hello,
Is there any implementation like this?
I mean a scrollbar like in the built in calculator or OneNote side menu. Only the slim scroll bar button is visible and when you hover over it the scrollbar expands/ will be visible.

Or is there a property to get the scrollbar button height to implement it by our self? (It’s not possible by default in WinForms with the vScrollBar without calculating the scrollbar height.)
